Combining the Jazzy, Soulful elements of Sade, with a nod to New York School design style and the work of Saul Bass from the late ‘50s, this catalog features 5 spreads that highlight the singer’s roots and story. Like both Sade’s music and design in the late 50s, the catalog plays around with breaking the grid, simplifying form, and allowing the content to take on an urban grit and iconicity that embodies the work of Sade.
