BABÀ MAGAZINE
Art Direction:
Nathan Young
Publishing, Typography
Babà is a traditional rum-pastry dessert, said to originate in France: but is known as one of Campania, Italy’s finest treats, an example of the overlapping of two cultures. With this in mind, Babà was born, a people’s culture magazine for travelers that discusses deeper proponents of the places they’re traveling, rather than just Instagramable sites because as travelers on someone else’s land, it is important to understand their history and culture to show respect. The bilingual magazine features four interior spreads and a safety card tear-out with important words and phrases for travelers.
